cku9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cku9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the cku9 platform at https://cku9.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

By registering a cku9 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree, your only recourse is to cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register exactly one (1) cku9 account. The operation of more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cku9 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any other person. cku9 support staff will never ask you for your password and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.

cku9 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") standards, cku9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time.

Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cku9 platform — including but not limited to the cku9 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of cku9 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the cku9 platform without the express prior written consent of cku9.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used on cku9 under licence. All rights in those games are reserved by their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

Upon closure of an account for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

You may also close your own cku9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any active bonuses at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

14. Amendments to These Terms

cku9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cku9 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept a revision to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact cku9 support to close your account. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
